Processing Times

Our orders are typically processed within 1 - 3 working days, Monday to Friday.

During the week, orders are usually processed quickly. However, if you place an order on a Friday evening, during the weekend, or around busy holiday periods, processing may take a little longer.

Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be processed before dispatch.

Shipping Times

This refers to the time it takes for your order to be shipped from our warehouse to your delivery address after it has been processed.

Shipping Costs

We cover the shipping costs for every order.

All orders are delivered 100% free of charge, and there is no minimum order value required to qualify for free shipping.

Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, allowing you to follow your order online.

Please allow 1 - 2 working days after dispatch for the tracking status to reflect the latest updates.

Placing an Order

Placing an order with Soothyn is as simple as possible.

First, visit the product page and add the product you would like to purchase to your shopping cart by clicking the “Add to cart” button.

Before continuing, please make sure that you have selected the correct product and any applicable variants.

Once everything is correct, proceed to checkout.

On the information page, you will be asked to enter your contact and delivery details. Please make sure that all information, particularly your shipping address, is entered correctly before continuing.

You will then be able to review your delivery information before proceeding to payment.

All standard orders are shipped free of charge.

Once you proceed to payment, you will be able to select from the payment methods available at checkout.

Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled or amended once processing has started.

Once your order has been dispatched, we are no longer able to cancel the shipment or change the delivery address.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the requested change if your order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

FAILED DELIVERY

If a package cannot be delivered due to circumstances caused by the customer, including an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, an unavailable recipient, failure to collect the package, or refusal to accept the delivery, the package may be returned to the sender.

If additional shipping costs, duties, taxes, or other charges are incurred as a result, these costs may be deducted from any applicable refund.

If an order is returned because an incorrect address was entered at checkout and the customer would like the order to be shipped again, the customer may be required to cover the additional shipping cost.
